How it all started …

It all began in 2002. Bente chose that her dream of making her own coffee shop should be more than a dream but a true reality. She decided to open her first coffee shop, Coffee Factory, at the center of Copenhagen.

The goal has always been to serve coffee of the highest quality. Along with your coffee or homemade pastry, an even more important supporting element for Bente has been to create a place of origin with a great atmosphere for the many regular customers.

A couple of years after the opening of Coffee Factory, Bente wanted to create a new gathering spot, and in 2016 Café No. 11 opened at Sankt Annæ Plads. Since then, many fantastic baristas and friends have joined the No. 11 team, and it's a joy to see the streets being filled with people over a good cup of coffee or a drink in the sun.

We are constantly trying to improve and experiment to give you the best experience and quality. Our core focus is still to serve coffee of the highest quality, good service, and the environment around us.
